On Grapevine’s website, you will find ready-made products for parties and other occasions. We offer everything from murder mysteries to pub quizzes to fantastic themed treasure hunts for children. You purchase our products online and they are delivered instantly to your email address, in the form of an attachment. You print out the document yourself and will find that everything you need is included in the product. The products are of excellent quality, in terms both of content and design. You will receive complete instructions, question sheets, answer sheets, diplomas, and music playlists (or whatever might be required). The product you purchase provides a complete, high-quality entertainment solution that can be implemented in no time. The preparations only take a few minutes in most cases.

Grapevine offers a wide range of concept party products. There really is something for everyone! We have fun games and treasure hunts for kids, quizzes and murder mystery games for grown-ups of all ages, and special products for seasonal celebrations like Halloween, Christmas, Easter or Summer.

How do I order?
Find the product that suits your needs browsing the product presentations. Click on the “Buy now” button to order a specific product. The product will be added to your shopping cart, that can be found in the upper right-hand corner.Simply press the button “Checkout” to pay for the product of your choiuce.

How do I pay?
After reviewing your order, you can either pay through Stripe one of the most reputable and safest payment methods online.

Can I pay by invoice?
If you require an invoice for your purchase, please contact us via contact@grapevine.nu. Payment by invoice must be done in advance. The product is normally delivered within 3 days. A surcharge of £3 applies in this case.

How much do the products cost?
The prices of the products differ depending on their nature. The price for each product is shown on the product presentation page. Prices include VAT.

Grapevine Treasure Hunt App for mobile treasure hunts and mobile events.

To be able to use the Grapevines mobile treasure hunts or mobile events you will need to download the app and install it on your mobile device. To conduct the treasure hunt you start the app and scan your teams QR code from the event managers phone or from a paper provided by the event manager. After the scan you will see your location and also the first location to find in the treasure hunt.

When you install the app you will have to approve that the app use your location service of the phone and also the camera that will be needed to scan the QR code To become event manager for a treasure hunt you need to purchase a treasure hunt product from grapevine. Currently Grapevine has treasure hunts in the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, German, Danish, Finnish and Dutch.

How will the product be delivered?
After you have completed your order, you will receive two emails from us (and an additional email if you have used PayPal). The first email is your receipt and the other email contains the product as an attachment. If you do not receive the emails within a few minutes after ordering, please check your junk email folder as emails sometimes end up there, depending on your email system and spam filter settings.

What should I do if I don’t receive the emails, can’t download the product, or have any queries?

Refund, return and cancellation policy

Can I return a product? 
No, the right to return products purchased online does not apply to our download digital products, due to their nature. A product is considered delivered as soon as we have sent and you have received the product. However please contact us if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us and we will reason about it. contact@grapevine.nu

Use, duplication and distribution
It is forbidden to duplicate or distribute the grapevine products. The products are protected by the copyright law. When you have purchased a product from Grapevine, you are free to use it in any way you want.This right applies only to you as a private person, however. It is against the law to copy or distributethe purchased product in any way. Please contact us if you want to use grapevine products for professional or commercial purposes.

Only Mirago Media AB has access to the data. The e-mail address is used by Grapevine for delivery of products, information and marketing. Grapevine Mirago Media ab is the developer of the Grapevine Party Invitation app. When using the Grapevine Party Invitation app, you allow grapevine to contact you via the app’s interface.
